Dan Adams

Dan Adams is a tenured expert on technology services and service organizations. He

is the founder and chairman of New England Network Solutions, Inc. (NENS) a successful

TSP in the Greater Boston market who over the past 30 years has served hundreds of

companies. Under his leadership, NENS has received numerous industry awards, even being

named one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces multiple times.

In 2022, Dan founded Up-Skill to help service professionals elevate their performance and

increase their value to their companies and clients and in the process, boost their careers.

Drawing on over three decades of experience and a deep love of metaphor, Dan helps team

members reduce game changing mistakes and focus on more value contributing actions.

In his free time, Dan enjoys international travel, plays several instruments, and smokes a

killer brisket.
