John Ruffini loves to write. He has written several books including the Amazon Best Seller Money Makers: Proven Ways To Increase Sales and Productivity in the World of Professional Recruiting. A Quest for Alex is his first non-fiction work. Professionally, he has been in the recruiting and staffing industry for more than two decades and is a sought-after speaker, trainer, and mentor. He has trained thousands of recruiters and managers and has implemented world-class professional development programs at several large recruiting firms. He takes pride in watching those he has trained thrive and their careers flourish. He is an avid writer and motivator, constantly spreading a message of positivity. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland at College Park. Originally from Maryland, he and his wife of over 30 years currently live in South Florida where they are blessed to wake up to sunshine and palm trees every day.
