Michael Nitschke

Michael Nitschke is one of the most well-known real estate agents in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia. Having worked as a sales agent since 2006 under the family name, Michael stepped into a sole Director role in 2018 after losing his father, who had started the agency in 2000.

At just 30 years old, with no prior leadership or management experience, Michael had inherited a business on the brink of massive financial collapse, but turned it into a thriving, profitable, independent agency – in four years.

He documented this astonishing journey in his book, Leading Out of Loss.
