Dave Garrett

Dave Garrett (nom de plum) is an Ursinus College graduate with a BS in Chemistry. Additional educational pursuits include a Certificate In the Russian Language from the Defense Language Institute and Figure Sculpture and Casting Techniques from the New Orleans Academy of Fine Art. He served as a commissioned officer in the United Stated Marine Corps, circa 1966-1969; Employments Include Federal and Private Investigator. Relocation by preference from the Northeast, he and his wife have resided in rural Covington, LA since 1990. Diversified interests include bronze sculpture, design carpentry, cabinet antique reproductions, ancient manuscript style creations, culinary arts, agricultural endeavors, and the study of ancient history. Creative writing began in 2017, and since he has written over five completed manuscripts with one published debut novel, Involuntary Flashback.
