Olusola Balogun

Olusola Balogun is a church worker, administrator, mentor, and coach. In the secular world, he is an accomplished human resources consultant, agilist, business analyst, and scrum master. His consulting experience spans the non-profit, business process consulting, banking and insurance, healthcare, telecommunications, and manufacturing sectors. He is the founder and Principal Consultant at Mike & Company Associates Inc.

At the tender age of 23, he was the Business Consultant to one of the leading recording labels in his home country. This exposed him to the synergy of the “show” and the “business” in the show business industry. His exposure and experiences at that tender age have been a major pull and desire to continually seek and serve the Lord.

Olusola is a teacher, international conference speaker, and author.

He holds an MBA (Management), Certified HR Leader (CHRL), SAFe, and PSM certifications.
