Jaye Sarasin

Despite a sad lack of mathematical talent Jaye worked for two years when young for the Royal Greenwich Observatory and thereby acquired an abiding love of astronomy, cosmology and, by extension, science fiction. The world of possibility open to the science fiction writer is endless and Jaye is fascinated to see how the problems facing humanity today will play out in the future, and what the stars and planets have in store for us. We confess that sometimes Jaye’s past as a high-school teacher creeps into the writing, though living for nine years in Africa and thereafter in Yorkshire keeps our author safely grounded.
