Daniela Aneva

Daniela Aneva helps leaders see the hidden patterns that quietly shape how they lead, decide and connect. She is the author of Schemas in Leadership (2026), which brings schema therapy into everyday leadership and guides readers to name, honor, choose and rehearse new ways of responding, and The Anatomy of Panic (2024). She also wrote Schemas in Coaching Supervision and co-authored Becoming a Coaching Supervisor and Coach Mentor.

Daniela is Founder and CEO of MentorsPro, an ICF Master Certified Coach, an EMCC Master Practitioner, and Faculty and Mentor Coach at Rice University's Doerr Institute for New Leaders. She co-founded EMCC USA and holds master's degrees in Psychological Counselling and Economics of Trade.
