She is the founder and CEO of Knekxt Group, an executive coach, advisor, author, and speaker. Kalpa experienced childhood sexual abuse and her vision for this world is to transform & heal so billions of people can reclaim their personal power, use their voice & create a kinder world.

Kalpa has 20 years of experience including several leadership and executive roles within Fortune 100 companies in financial services & healthcare in product, fraud risk management, marketing, analytics & consulting.

Born in a mining town in India, Kalpa moved away from her family at age 16 for higher education. In her mid 20s, she relocated to the US. After 16 years in Phoenix, Kalpa now lives in Austin with her husband, Arnab and their nine-year-old son, Aryan.
