Aaron Hunter

Award winning author Aaron Hunter has worked with various companies in business after graduating from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri (USA). Through his jobs, he has lived in Singapore and various locations in the US (hometown is Kenosha, Wisconsin). He currently resides in Frankfurt, Germany. Living abroad in Singapore and Germany opened the door to developing a passion for traveling around the world and experiencing and learning about various cultures.

For the past several years, he has had a desire to teach and share his travel experiences with others. While on a train to explore a town new to him and hike near Frankfurt, he cultivated that desire which led to developing the concept for the children’s book series “Tales of the Magical Postcards”.

The postcard theme pays homage to his uncle. While traveling the world with the United States Navy, Uncle Chuck would, from his current location, mail a post card to Aaron's sister and him. Once received, they would mark on their world globe the country from where the card was sent and learn about the country.

Aaron's aspirations for this book series is to be a springboard for children in developing a passion in learning more about other countries and cultures.
