"During lockdown I was able to devote time to a guilty pleasure — writing. My writing had previously been undertaken secretly and in snatched moments. As a former English teacher I have always been an avid reader and a lover of words for their sound and their meaning, both of which impact on my writing," says Lin. "I joined the Bedwas Writers’ Circle and, with their encouragement, I began to seriously focus on my writing and on sharing it with others."
