Robert W. Bailey is a nationally recognized trial consultant specializing in visual communication and story development. He is the co-author of Show the Story, published by Trial Guides in 2011. For 32 years he has consulted on over a thousand personal injury and wrongful death cases, creating the storyline and visual strategy to communicate liability and damages. He specializes in the visual analysis of a case, story consulting, writing the opening statement, synthesizing focus group information, showing liability and damages, inoculating defenses, framing the case, overcoming jury bias and solving case issues. He is also the producer of over 190 settlement and day-in-the-life videos. Robert is a sought-after keynote speaker and has presented at over 90 CLE seminars and workshops around the country including the Art of Persuasion at Harvard Law School. He has also been on the faculty of AAJ's National College of Advocacy for 18 years. He consults throughout the United States and his firm Trial by Design, Inc, is currently located North Carolina.
Robert Bailey is a former scriptwriter, producer, director in Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area, creating industrial multi-image shows, videos and television commercials. His responsibilities included scriptwriting, graphic design, producing,
directing and editing.
