Tayyab Imran

Tayyab Imran is a laser physicist specializing in ultrashort pulse laser technology, currently working at Romania's prestigious Extreme Light Infrastructure-Nuclear Physics facility. He holds a Ph.D. from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), South Korea, and completed post-doctoral research at Instituto Superior Técnico in Portugal.

As an accomplished educator and former associate professor, He has served as an assistant and associate professor in various prestigious universities. With a deep passion for advancing laser science, he has taught, conducted research, and played a pivotal role in establishing state-of-the-art laser laboratories at academic institutions worldwide.

He has authored numerous scholarly articles and self-publishing books on lasers and their applications, contributing significantly to laser engineering and technology. His research interests include designing and optimizing advanced laser systems, high-power femtosecond lasers, and their applications across science and industry. He is a recipient of several prestigious research fellowships.
