Beth Simpson Huddleston

Beth Simpson Huddleston lives in Virginia in the United States. She is a published author and poet. Beth received her BS degree in education from Radford University and her MSED from Shenandoah University. In addition, she achieved her National Board Certification for Teachers in 2000. In 2005, the author accompanied a group of educators to England to study children's literature as part of her graduate program. She has been a public-school educator for almost 50 years. As the mother of two sons and grandmother of five, she loves sharing stories and writing experiences with both children and adults. She is available for readings, signings, and writing workshops. Beth is a member of the Poetry Society of Virginia, the Little River Poetry Festival, and the Friends of the Handley Regional Library. Her personal experiences, her travels, and her environment are inspirations for her poems and stories.
