Stephanie Moore Hand

Stephanie Moore Hand's life has been profoundly shaped by her family's legacy, the African Methodist Episcopal Zion church, and her love for team sports.

Coming from a four-generation family, Stephanie learned resilience and community values. The church instilled in her a commitment to service and justice, guiding her moral compass.

Her passion for team sports taught her teamwork and unity, mirroring the Kingdom of God's diversity. Stephanie wears many hats, from being a Vitality Strategist and Emerging Community Pastor to a consultant, global speaker, and former Fortune 500 executive.

Fueled by her commitment to lifting the people's voices, Stephanie ran for public office with the support of her family, husband Walter, and young adults Ashlee and Walter III. They share a vision of a world where the mosaic of God's human creation working together, emulating the biblical vision of "All tongues, nations, and tribes worshipping God together" (Rev. 7:9) and the prayer "On earth as it is in heaven" (Matt. 6:10).

Hand's mission is clear: healing, listening, and "Doing Justice Together." Stephanie believes the church must catalyze positive change, illuminating hope in the world for a brighter and more equitable future for ALL. Doing Justice Together!
