She successfully drove the company to earn exclusive representation through iconic talent agency William Morris Endeavor to strategically scale the Boss Beauties brand across film, television, digital platforms, gaming, publishing, and more.

A staunch advocate of women’s access to capital, Lisa has also raised venture capital for Boss Beauties through the backing of Offline Ventures, Board Member Randi Zuckerberg, Serena Ventures, Female Founders Fund, and global advertising agency Wieden+Kennedy.
