Narkis Alon

Narkis Alon is a social entrepreneur, community builder, and best-selling author, renowned for her contributions to embodied female leadership. Presently, she is spearheading a venture that explores the intersection of climate and mental health.

Through her media initiatives and collaborations with Fortune 500 companies, Narkis Alon has empowered millions of women to transform their relationship with their bodies. Notably, the "Playing with Fire" podcast and virtual community lead conversations on topics such as gender, sexual conduct, and healthy relationships. Her bestselling book, "Present Woman," explores the profound connection between women's relationship with their bodies and their capacity for leadership. The book reached bestselling status after its first week in the stores. Additionally, Narkis co-founded Double You, an international movement of women entrepreneurs spanning 16 different countries.

Living in a conflict zone, she is currently co-founding Healing Grounds, an umbrella organization supporting centers that are healing from trauma by tapping into the power of regenerative agriculture.

Narkis regularly shares her expertise in business organizations and on global stages such as COP28, Kellogg University, Harvard, the Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum, Microsoft, Bumble, TikTok, and the UN. Her contributions have earned her recognition as one of the 100 Visionary Leaders by Real Leaders magazine and a spot on Forbes' Under 30 list and an International Strategy Forum fellow by Schmidt Futures.

She is the mother of Lavie and Agam, wife of Alon, a lucid dreamer and constant explorer.

Prior to that Narkis also co-founded Elevation Academy, a tech academy, where she developed educational programs for companies like Facebook, Google and others to integrate a wide range of communities in need from the Israeli society in the startup industry. Prior to that, she co founded Ze-Ze, a platform for social enterprises led by youth that creates jobs for communities in need. She led multiple organizational processes and workshops for startups, corporations, NGOs and universities across the world. She was a Schusterman fellow and a Ford fellow. She holds a double major BA in Psychology and Film at Tel-Aviv University.
