Deborah Peck

Deborah Peck, Ph.D., President and Founder of Seity Insight, Inc., works with organizations and leaders to address communication, collaboration, retention, engagement, innovation, and other challenges in the workplace using Organizational Network Analysis (ONA). She has been called “The Business Doctor” because of her scientifically oriented approach, using effective tools and methods in her work. She holds a B.S. in Business Management and Computer Science and earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
