Greetings, my name is William Osiris Amurru Bey, and I proudly claim Oakland, California as my birthplace and hometown. I am honored to be a member of the esteemed Moorish Science Temple of America California No. 1, where I have held the esteemed position of Assistant Grand Sheikh for a remarkable two-year spell.

The creation of this book stemmed from a dual purpose - to serve as an enriching literary work and a comprehensive study guide for Moorish American families. Its goal is to empower individuals to delve into their national heritage and Divine Creed. Rooted in the teachings of our esteemed and revered Noble Prophet Drew Ali, this book seeks to heed his counsel for active Moors to cultivate industriousness and distinction.
