Philip Wilson

Philip Wilson is Associate Professor of Philosophy and Translation at the University of East Anglia.

Academic publications include: Literary Translation: Re-drawing the Boundaries (edited with Jean Boase-Beier and Antoinette Fawcett, Palgrave Macmillan 2014); Translation after Wittgenstein (Routledge 2016); The Routledge Handbook of Translation and Philosophy (edited with Piers Rawling, Routledge 2018).

Translations include: The Luther Breviary (with John Gledhill, Wartburg 2007); The Bright Rose: German Verse 800-1280 (Arc Publications 2015); Alexander Neville’s Norwich Histories (with Ingrid Walton and Clive Wilkins-Jones, Boydell 2019); Karl Marx: Evening Hour (Arc Publications 2022).

He is currently working on a monograph on translation and mysticism for Routledge.
