Roger Benedetti

Roger Benedetti is a healthcare professional, wellness strategist, educator, writer, and speaker. He is the founder and President of Hibernian Home Care, an award-winning accredited agency providing various medical, rehabilitative, and supportive services.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, as a multi-state board licensed Pharmacist, he spent 25 years at a major national retail pharmacy in various roles in direct patient care and management. Over the years, he received numerous recognitions, including Pharmacy of the Year and Most Valuable Peer, and a commendation from the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy. In addition, Roger was a preceptor for pharmacy students and obtained various certifications in Diabetes, Immunizations, and Medication Therapy Management.

Roger developed an awareness working in these professional settings that the battle with chronic diseases wages on, despite modern medical interventions. He witnessed the failure to address the underlying causes. Roger’s vision is a paradigm-shifting approach, that transforms what is presently considered alternative or holistic into the mainstream, making it the conventional approach to healthcare and wellness.

Roger underwent comprehensive training at the STORRIE Institute™, where he learned how to integrate holistic wellness principles and modalities, such as healthy lifestyle recommendations and functional medicine, into his practice as a clinician. Roger is on a mission to help busy professionals, especially those in caregiving roles, who struggle to balance their careers, family, and health by implementing personalized strategies to create ownership with discipline and empower them to navigate their own course toward achieving their goals and optimum wellness.

Inspired by his personal health transformational journey, Roger found his passion for assisting others in achieving similar results. Drawing upon his enthusiasm for research and problem-solving, Roger aims to guide individuals to navigate the overwhelming volume of conflicting information, fulfill their life purpose, pursue their passions, and become the best version of themselves.

Roger is a professional college basketball Public Address Announcer at Monmouth University and has worked games at numerous large arenas.
