Joe Small

Joe Small was born and raised in Las Vegas. With degrees in organizational leadership and ministry, as well as being ordained, Joe has been a pastor at some of the largest churches in America for over a decade and spoken internationally.

Even with a tremendous family, education and accomplishments, Joe has now been in recovery from alcoholism for several years and is an active part of the recovery community in Vegas. He is passionate about serving and helping people who have felt cast aside, over looked, or struggling.

While writing Black Sheep, Joe continues to serve his community working in non-profits that help individuals who have been impacted by addiction, poverty, and those who have been involved in our justice/prison system.

Joe resides in Las Vegas with his kids and family.
