Dr. Carolyn Stephens

Dr. Carolyn Stephens was born and raised in NYC. She relocated to Atlanta, Ga. to pursue a career in Fashion Design and Merchandising. While in college she began working with children in the underserved population. She then transitioned her educational pursuits to study and work in the mental health field. Dr. Carolyn now serves as a community clinical therapist, licensed Christian therapist & family support specialist. She currently holds a master’s degree in psychology, Doctor of Divinity, and a Doctor of Theology. Dr. Carolyn uses her education and experience to promote cultural diversity with a focus on empowering and developing women, especially in underserved communities. She currently serves as the CEO of Blackhouse Collaborations, LLC, and the CEO of the BHC Media group. She is a prolific public speaker, publishing consultant, human services administrator, author, and Minister of the gospel. She empowers women to rise above challenges and champions community strength through unification.
