Jessica Young has a passion for storytelling and spent 15 years in newsrooms across Texas before utilizing those skills in local government. She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Texas and a master’s degree in liberal arts from Harvard University. She is a wife to a sports journalist and a mom to a book-loving toddler named Harper Lee.
