Tom Elsworth

Tom Elsworth is a senior lecturer teaching Organisational Behaviour, Leadership, General Management and Startegic Manageent at Oxford Brookes Business School in Oxford, UK. He has more than 50 years experience in management at all levels from Management trainee in 1974 to Company Secretary of a multi million GBP Researcch and Development Organisation in 1994. He then has had a further 25 years experience teaching in Academia. Tom published his first book, Understanding Strategic Analysis, in 2023 and his second, Managing In Organisations, in 2024. Both were published by Routledge.
