James L. Taylor is a Navy veteran who served on the USS Watts DD 567 and the USS Oklahoma City CLG 5.
He received his BS from Middle Tennessee State University and his MS in Applied Mathematics from the University of Tennessee Space Institute.
He has authored textbooks on Design Techniques for Measurement Systems and Fundamentals of Measurement Error. He also co-authored a NASA Metrology Guide.
