Dr. Tracy Christopherson

Dr. Tracy Christopherson is the co-founder of MissingLogic®, the only coaching and consulting company that leverages a framework driven approach founded on Polarity Intelligence™ to help bring the “missing logic” to leaders and organizations.

Tracy is the co-creator of the Dynamic Balance Effect® Framework, which she and her business partner, Michelle Troseth, use to support leaders leveraging Polarity Intelligence to create dynamic balance between their professional and personal lives so they can be TRU leaders – thriving, resilient, and unstoppable.

Tracy has decades of coaching and consulting experience and is a master dialogue facilitator and expert in organizational council infrastructures. She holds polarity certification in PACT™ - the Polarity Approach to Continuity and Transformation – as a PACT Foundations & Professional Application practitioner.

Tracy is married to Jerry Christopherson and resides in Northern Michigan.
