Michael Bayer is an accomplished business leader with deep expertise in project management, Lean Six Sigma, and enterprise transformation. He holds a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Project Management, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Michael is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMB). As a Master Black Belt, he has trained hundreds of Black Belts across diverse industries and disciplines. He has led impactful improvement initiatives using tools such as Rapid Improvement Events, Kaizen, Value Stream Analysis, 5S, A3 thinking, PDCA/PDSA cycles, DMAIC, Design for Six Sigma, and Design of Experiments.
