Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Maxime Pierre-Pierre converted to Jesus when he was around 11 years old. After graduating from Bob Jones University in the USA with a Bachelor's degree in Bible Education and a Master's degree in Bible, he returned to Haiti in 1994.
Since that same year, he has been the senior pastor of Shalom Fundamental Baptist Church in Delmas and teaches at the Port-au-Prince Evangelical Theological Seminary, where he is professor of public speaking and homiletics.
In 2022, he received his DMin in Pastoral Theology from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He is the honorary president of the Haiti Baptist Seminary of Theology in Jacmel, in Haiti's Southeast department. He is the director of Institut Kerusso, a school whose mission is to honor Christ by promoting all activities that strengthen the ministry of preaching, particularly the training of preachers.
