I'm an author and businesswoman based in the UK. I spent many years as a journalist, working for a British newspaper, before publishing my own magazine. I also run an e-commerce business, selling to customers around the world. I became interested in the subject of elder care and 'organizing your life before you die' because of my own mother, who has dementia. It made me realise very quickly that it's never too early to put your affairs in order, and that it will mean so much to loved-ones who are left behind. When I'm not looking after my mother and family, my interests are theatre, books, music and socializing.
