In chasing this dream, Lekshmy has learned to approach complex challenges with multiple perspectives and transform abstract ideas into bottom-line gains. She drives to inspire others to succeed in this field by imparting and reinforcing her mantra of "No Limitations." She believes in creating a community that builds people up and emphasizes ways to find opportunities and achieve goals.

Lekshmy lives with her husband, Peter, in Colorado and has the sweetest basset hound, Abby.
