My name is Julio Cesar, and from an early age, I had a fascination with the world of engineering. In 2002, I earned my degree as an Electrical Engineer from the Barretos Engineering College, a milestone that opened doors to a career filled with accomplishments. My thirst for knowledge led me to seek new horizons, and it was this drive that led me to earn an MBA in Marketing from USP - Fundace, enhancing my technical and strategic skills.

My professional journey began in a leading multinational company within its industry, where I had the opportunity to play a pivotal role in continuous improvement projects across multiple countries. As an Engineer, I've had the chance to serve clients and lead multidisciplinary teams, using my strategic vision to turn challenges into opportunities.

My passion for learning has never waned. I consistently strive to enhance my skills and share knowledge with others. This approach has significantly shaped my career.
