Dr. Rick has been in the ministry for nearly 30 years, recently he released his next book Avoiding Pitfalls.

Avoiding Pitfalls is the result of a work God did in my life about a decade ago. As a pastor and minister of the gospel I initially thought against releasing it until sharing it with a few very close and very trusted people. The book you hold is very real, raw and personal! I believe that ultimately God has directed me that this book will help people from all walks of life.

I think of the words of Jesus in John 16:33, In this world you will have tribulation but take courage I have overcome the world. In short, this book is not about tragedy but about overcoming the crisis we all face in life. We cannot prevent life from happening but we can help how we prepare ourselves for what may come and how we will respond through and beyond those challenges. I pray this book help and encourage you in overcoming by Gods grace and power.
