Andrew Garrett

Andrew Garrett teaches linguistics at the University of California, Berkeley, where his academic work focuses on language change and on the Indigenous languages of California, especially Yurok and Karuk. He has collaborated with the Yurok Tribe on a variety of language documentation and reclamation projects since 2001.
