Ana M. S. Smith

Ana M. S. Smith is a poet living in Edmond, Oklahoma with her husband, two daughters, two dogs, and two cats. She hated writing when she was a young homeschooler, and was at risk of failing her ninth grade English class, but by her junior year in college had won an award for being an outstanding writer and went on to receive her BA in English from Sam Houston State University. She likes spending time reading, painting, getting tattooed, watching various forms of media, baking, and discussing psychology. She is learning daily that her voice is vital, and her words matter.
