Sandy has distinguished herself as an innovative educational leader for over 15 years by following her passion for putting students first, leading schools in California, Hawaii, and Florida. Her educational leadership experiences include leadership roles in traditional public brick-and-mortar schools, virtual charter schools, and hybrid blended learning schools. She has led schools that serve students in grades TK-12, and range in size from 800 students to over 3,000 students. Most recently, she began coaching principals, district leaders, and Superintendents across the United States utilizing an evidence-based coaching model. Sandy holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration and a BA in Communication Studies from UCLA.
When she isn’t knee-deep in coaching and leading, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brain, and her two sons, Caden and JT in their beachside Florida community. If you can’t find her at home, she can probably be found riding her paddleboard in the nearby Gulf of Mexico.
