He researches and teaches at the University of St. Gallen and serves as a Visiting Lecturer in AI & Organisational Transformation at ESMT Berlin. As an advisor and keynote speaker, he supports companies, leadership teams, and organizations through transformation and cultural change. Previously, he was Strategy Director at Boston Consulting Group and helped build the transformation consultancy BrightHouse.
