Hans Rusinek

Dr. Hans Rusinek is a researcher, advisor, and author focused on the future of work. His work explores how organizations can make work more meaningful, human-centered, and sustainable in an age of digitalization, artificial intelligence, and ecological transformation.

He researches and teaches at the University of St. Gallen and serves as a Visiting Lecturer in AI & Organisational Transformation at ESMT Berlin. As an advisor and keynote speaker, he supports companies, leadership teams, and organizations through transformation and cultural change. Previously, he was Strategy Director at Boston Consulting Group and helped build the transformation consultancy BrightHouse.

Rusinek is the bestselling author of *Work-Survive-Balance*, an Associate Fellow of thinktank30 at the Club of Rome Germany, and an award-winning business writer. His work has received several distinctions, including the Ludwig Erhard Foundation Award for Business Journalism. In 2024 and 2026, he was named one of Germany’s Top 10 HR Influencers by *Personalmagazin*.
