Aaron M. Peterson

Aaron M. Peterson, Ed.D. is an assistant professor of leadership at Converse University. Prior to joining the faculty at Converse University, Dr. Peterson served in multiple leadership roles within the arena of higher education and student affairs. His research explores how leaders best navigate conflict and how they can more effectively lead with humility. Dr. Peterson is also the co-creator of The Leadership Lab. The Leadership Lab is an online presence and hub for students, scholars, and practitioners to share research and best practices around multiple areas regarding leadership.
