Roberto Sammarchi

Roberto Sammarchi is an Italian lawyer at the Bologna Bar, qualified to practice before the higher courts and specialzsed in information law, digital communication and personal data protection. He holds a PhD in legal informatics and information technology law and a second-level university master's degree in tax law with an in-depth study on the legal and tax regime of company networks. His educational background includes a master's degree in administration, finance and control and an advanced course in EU law.

He has been a lecturer for over fifteen years in the second-level university master's degree course in clinical engineering at the University of Bologna, where he teaches a course on the legal responsibilities associated with the engineering professions.

For over thirty years, he has been dealing with relations between Italian and German companies and organizations; he was established in Germany as a European lawyer and a member of the Frankfurt Chamber of Lawyers.

He works as an internal auditor and is involved in numerous associations, including AIAS - Italian Association for Environment and Safety and FEDERMANAGER, which he has joined as a temporary manager in innovation and digital transformation projects.
