Throughout my career in the hospitality industry, I've worked as a barista and managed cafes, which eventually led me to a position at one of the world's largest coffee companies. In this role, I had the privilege of overseeing a vast network of businesses across various segments. It was during this time that I had the fortunate opportunity to witness firsthand the journey of coffee beans through the supply chain. Additionally, as the national barista trainer, I had the pleasure of guiding numerous baristas, calibrating various equipment, and refining my skills through countless hours of practical experience.
