Moritz Holzgraefe, Dr., born in 1980, has been working in the digital industry in Germany and abroad for more than ten years. After studying in Germany and the USA, he completed his PHD at Bucerius Law School on a topic related to media and competition law. Professional positions in his career to date include Chief Operating Officer, Head of Portfolio and Head of the Brussels Office of Axel Springer SE. He is Vice President of the Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft e.V., Marshall Memorial Fellow of the German Marshall Fund and Young Leader of the American Council on Germany.
