Christine Jones

Chris Jones is currently the CEO of Spectra Diversity, Inc. and holds a Cornell University certification in Diversity and Inclusion. As an award-winning filmmaker and screenwriter, Chris has always been passionate about telling the whole story and making sure marginalized voices are heard. Through Spectra Diversity, she continues this work helping leaders gather the information they need for data-driven DEI strategies, making Spectra one of the top 10 emerging Diversity and Inclusion companies in 2022.
