Kelli A. Eggebrecht didn't stumble upon writing and illustrating books. It started when her kindergarten son, Wesley, came home from school and dictated his stories to her. Kelli found her passion for writing and illustrating Christian books after she retired from her special education teacher position in a public school. Her book ideas come from many different sources. They come by way of the Holy Spirit and her Guardian Angel. Sometimes inspirations have come through a word she hears or material that she is reading, and they have even come through dreams. She knows that God is saying make a book. Praying the daily Rosary with her husband, David revealed her desire to illustrate what Jesus and Mary were showing her in the mysteries of the Rosary for her grandchildren. Those illustrations later became her first book, The Rosary the Bible on a String. That book is an illustrated Scriptural Rosary book. All her books have an imprimatur which is the approval of the Catholic Church, except one. Kelli's ABC series isn't just for young children. The books in the ABC series retell books from the Bible and more. They don't skimp on challenging vocabulary words which are attached to each letter of the alphabet. Kelli's Holy Land experience was truly one of a kind. Mysteries of God's Heart the Holy Land takes you through her spiritual experience from start to finish.
