Dr. Princess M. Cullum is a talent development executive and leadership coach with vast, multi-industry experiences in large complex organizations. Her areas of expertise include executive coaching, women’s leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion, change management, and culture.

Dr. Cullum is the Founder and CEO of Cullum Business Solutions, LLC., and the Founder of CEO of You™. She helps leaders, especially women, maximize their potential and the potential of others toward the achievement of their goals.

Dr. Cullum holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of North Texas at Denton, a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.

Dr. Cullum lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband and three daughters.
