Born on October 29, 1984 in the city of Barranquilla, Colombia. Ketty Arrieta Orozco was always clear that she was born to be a writer. However, at the age of 14, due to events that occurred in the country, he diverted his path towards psychology, a career that he is very grateful for having studied and practiced, since it brought much good to his personal life and to the patients he receives every day at his consultation. Being a psychologist also enriched her ability to create more realistic worlds and characters and gave deeper meaning to her stories, which are full of shades of that magical realism that she shares with the literary Nobel Prize winner from her country. .
