Don A Fischer

Don A. Fischer is an author and Bible teacher who loves to dig into the Bible for himself to find hidden jewels. Don has been on-fire for the Lord since he first encountered God in his mid-twenties. As a result, he asks for God’s help in everything he pursues. Over the past 35 years, he and his wife Deborah have led Evangelism Explosion and taught Freedom Ministry principles many times. However, it is his passion for intense study of end-time prophecy that has led him to write the insightful book, The Great Harvest Hijack.

Not only is Don an intense student of God’s Word, he has been a graphic designer and business owner for over 40 years. His creativity and independent spirit have always led him to look at life in a little different way than most other people. He is rarely satisfied with teachers who just regurgitate what they read from other authors and hear from other teachers. You will find Don’s fresh approach to Bible study and writing to be very comprehensive, enlightening and easy to follow.

In an effort to resolve the question that has been debated by Christians for many decades about when Jesus returns for believers, Don has taken a very simple yet analytical approach. He cross-referenced multiple Bible verses about each aspect of the subject to build a very compelling and complete picture of the end times. By comparing passages and scrutinizing details within each verse, you can see for yourself what these verses actually mean. The Great Harvest Hijack allows you to make obvious conclusions and see that believers will live and evangelize others throughout the Tribulation.

His study and book have revealed that the Tribulation is not God’s wrath as many Christians believe. Rather, the Tribulation will be the last opportunity for anyone to receive God’s gift of eternal life. Satan and the Antichrist will create great havoc in the world and attempt to stop people from receiving this amazing gift of eternal life. However, this will also be the most incredible time to live. Based upon his studies, Don believes that the Holy Spirit will likely reveal Himself in even greater ways during the Tribulation than was seen in the first century Church. Therefore, he is looking forward to the opportunity to be called a Tribulation Overcomer and witnessing the return of Jesus at the Harvest of believers.
