James W. Truax

I am a writer of science fiction/fantasy, historical fiction, modern American gothic, and children’s mystery stories. My debut novella, “The Wooden Man” received critical acclaim as a “thought-provoking, clever, educational and visionary piece of work (Matt McAvoy).” A former Coast Guardsman, I hold a B.S. and M.S. in mathematics and currently reside in Texas with my wife and children.
