David Woodward

David's memoir Confessions of a waiter highlights his twin passions, namely hospitality and people. After 30 years in the industry he has seen it all. After managing high end hotels and owning the historic and award-winning guest house, Keats Cottage on the Isle of Wight, David decided to move to Portugal. When he is not writing on his balcony, he still involves himself in hospitality and helps out at his nearby animal shelter.
