Robert J. Nugent

In 1987, a young man was born to a young couple of 24 and 25 years old. As life went on, this young man defined his life thru Education and the Culinary Arts. Much found himself gaining four Associates Degrees within a 10-year span at Brookdale Community College. Growing up, this young man’s childhood dream was to become a Baseball Player or Actor. Later in life started to take a different path in the Catering Industry. Until this day, this young man has been emerging in his cooking abilities since the age of fourteen. He furthermore substituted in his local school district, worked at a Fishery Restaurant, and spent his summers as the Kitchen Assistant Supervisor, now working with one of the biggest catering companies in the Tri-State Area. When it comes to my earliest memories between my personal life, education, and different work ethics, there are way too many to consume! Conversely, my earliest memory of writing came when I read my mother’s poem “Speak, Hear, or See”.
