Salini Haridas

As an individual with 19 years of experience in the corporate world, I have had the opportunity to witness firsthand the challenges that leaders face in today's fast-paced and ever-changing business environment. Through my work, I have come to believe that the ancient teachings of the Bhagavad Gita offer powerful insights that can help leaders navigate these challenges with greater wisdom and effectiveness.

My journey into the world of leadership began early in my career, as I worked my way up the corporate ladder and took on increasingly senior roles. Along the way, I began to notice that the most successful leaders I encountered were those who embodied qualities such as humility, empathy, and a deep sense of purpose. It was through my study of the Bhagavad Gita that I began to understand how these qualities could be developed and cultivated in oneself and others.

Since then, I have dedicated myself to exploring the wisdom of the Gita through books, articles, and various other channels. I believe that Gita's teachings on self-awareness, ethical leadership, and servant leadership are particularly relevant in today's complex and interconnected world, where leaders must navigate competing demands and conflicting interests.

My approach is grounded in practical, real-world experience, and I am passionate about helping leaders at all levels develop the skills and insights they need to succeed in today's business landscape. Through my work, I aim to inspire and empower others to lead with purpose, compassion, and courage, and to create organizations that are both successful and meaningful.

I believe that by following the principles of the Bhagavad Gita and by being a mindful leader, we can create a more just and peaceful world, one leader at a time.
