Gerhardt Roberts

Gerhardt Roberts is a German language professor at Olympic College in Washington

State, and along with a fluent mastery of the language and a Master’s degree in German

literature, he possesses a rich knowledge of the German people and their history and culture. He grew up in

Germany and, after attending university there, served as a German language linguist in the U.S. Army Security Agency, translating into English top secret communiques intercepted from East German military units.
